At last, a battery electric truck built to replace your diesel and LPG yard trucks. The new G2 series Lithium-ion trucks from HELI are built using an engine style chassis – with big wheels – coupled with a battery pack designed in partnership with world leading manufacturer CATL and a state of the art control system from ZAPI. During development, these machines have undergone rigorous testing to ensure they are ready to tackle the most demanding of applications.

Customers have the option to choose from three distinct configurations: S, M, and H. Notably, the M and H configurations offer performance levels on par with internal combustion trucks, covering a wide range of operational needs.
– The truck features auto steering deceleration to minimise the risk of tipping over by adjusting the oil quantity based on steering wheel speed. The PES Three-speed mode allows operators to select from multiple speed settings according to the task at hand, ensuring both work efficiency and safety.
– Additionally, the lithium battery is equipped with an automatic heating feature in low temperatures, ensuring reliable performance under various environmental conditions.
– HELI lithium battery forklift trucks stand out for their cost-effectiveness over their lifecycle.
– When compared to internal combustion forklifts, they offer significant advantages such as no noise, no pollution, minimal vibration, and ease of operation.
– Versus lead-acid battery forklifts, the lithium battery models boast rapid charging capabilities and the flexibility to charge at any time, making them ideal for multi-shift operations.
– Designed with ample space for boarding and foot operation, the truck promises a more comfortable operating experience. A new type of ratchet hand brake has been introduced, reducing the required operating force by 17%.
– The brake fluid is easily accessible for quick checks and refills. Thoughtful additions like a USB power supply and an IC truck type control valve stem are tailored to fit the driver’s preferences more closely.
The integration of a cast drive axle and a reinforced cast steering axle has been market-tested, proving their maturity and reliability. The mast’s force optimisation design enhances the truck’s overall performance and contributes significantly to operational safety
