The 2.5-3.5t high-voltage lithium battery rough terrain forklifts are a new series of independently-developed lithium battery rough terrain products. These forklifts combine the advantages of both XH series dedicated heavy-duty high-voltage lithium battery forklifts and rough terrain internal combustion forklifts. This series represents a significant advancement over traditional designs and represents a new generation of rough terrain forklifts. The forklifts in this series are equipped with front and rear dual-motor forklift high-voltage drive systems and a new energy vehicle high-voltage platform. This combination provides both the performance of a rough terrain forklift and the comfort of an electric forklift.

Features

This vehicle’s drive and operating systems are highly efficient vehicle-grade permanent magnet synchronization systems, known for their minimal energy consumption.

Thanks to its super-fast charging technology, the long-lasting large-capacity lithium battery can be fully charged in approximately 1.5 hours. This significantly reduces the waiting time for operations.

The LED lighting system installed in the vehicle has low energy consumption and boasts an extended service life.

The versatile colour-screen instruments are designed to have graphical interfaces and display data with clarity.

The fully enclosed instrument cover and the low-noise gear pump additionally minimize the vehicle noise.

The hood with a wide opening, detachable front and rear baseplates, and detachable double water tank lids greatly assist in repair and maintenance.

The wet brake drive axle and the large swing angle steering drive axle are designed specifically for rough terrain internal combustion forklifts. These axles offer excellent versatility and assured quality.

The vehicle’s electrical connectors are specially designed to be waterproof, and the main high-voltage electrical components are of top quality.

Each product in this series comes with a CATL lithium battery and can also be equipped with an optional automatic fire extinguisher for enhanced safety during use. The battery pack is designed with suspended shock-absorption, ensuring superior reliability of the battery.

Furthermore, the products in this series meet the dust and water resistance level of IP67, providing excellent protection. The electrical system is equipped with high-voltage interlocking for added safety.

The high-performance permanent magnet synchronous motor and high speed ratio speed reducer provide power and handling capabilities comparable to rough terrain internal combustion forklifts.

The redesigned front and rear drive system effectively increases available space for layout.

The vehicle controller allows flexible distribution of torque between the front and rear motors to accommodate various operating conditions.

The electric control and motor cooling system, along with the large vent design, provide efficient heat exchange and improved heat dissipation.

The integration of the external hydraulic tank with the vehicle frame enhances heat dissipation and ensures reliable operation of the hydraulic components over an extended period.

In comparison to low-voltage lithium battery forklifts, high-voltage lithium battery technology can result in a cost savings of approximately 40% throughout the service cycle.

Compared to fuel forklifts, high-voltage lithium battery technology can lead to a cost savings of about 90% throughout the service cycle.

Under standard charging and discharging conditions, the lithium battery used in Hangcha products maintains a capacity retention rate of over 75% and can last up to 10 years after 4000 cycles of charging and discharging.

Through innovative battery and fast charging technology, the charging time has been significantly reduced. Fast charging enables continuous operation of the entire vehicle, reducing downtime and significantly improving efficiency. The full charging time is just 1.5 hours.
